Water is something we all need, in order to survive since are body is made up of almost 60% of water. Besides us humans, animals also need water and lots. But each and every day the lack of clean water in other countries is getting even worse, for example people in Africa don't have any access to clean purified water. It's not really the lack of clean water which is bad, the problem is that these people need water and drink the only water they have which is dirty water this means besides anything they could get sick or even worse catch a disease by doing this. A big problem are parasites, bugs, and animal poop that wander the African waters and imagine those people drink that, the children have blown up stomaches beacause of all those parasites and bugs they get. Pregnat women can also catch worst illnesses, since they have a human being in their body, also the water is not only for drinking but washing too which means if you wash lets say a cut it won't heal it'll probably get worse, and get infected and then turn into a severe problem. Many people in our country don't take care of the water we have as they should, other people suffering for clean fresh water and us that have don't really open our eyes and find a solution for this worldwide problem. There's many ways we can help people from almost the other side of the world, but in my opinion this is a everyone's problem because for our distractions other people are paying the price, so for the following reasons we should all face this problem as if it was ours too.
Therefore, we need to get our things together and start doing something about this. We all can help out to solve this problem, by fundraising. We can sell lollypops, sell candy, ask people for a penny or so to help out others, even just by giving a dollar to fundraiser could make a huge difference a one persons life, in this case for those who want and need fresh clean water to drink, wash themselves etc.. What we all are able to do with our water. But not only by raising or giving out money we can help, besides that not wasting water and keeping rivers, lagoons, oceans and even our water that we have have at home. There's alot of unconsiderate people that leave the water hoses one for like almost more than three to four hours without stoping, we should program the sprinklers or hoses we have to just throw the necessary water the plants need. Another important fact is that all water is not ours that's why we should take good care of it since almost 97% of the water we don't have, is found in our oceans and it's salty water, which we can't drink at all.
All this is for us to reflect and recognize what we are doing wrong, we should thank God we hace clean fresh water everyday and have never been in need for clean water and have never suffered for it aswell. People in our country are very lucky we have lots of water which could ran out if we don't us it wisely and how we supposed to. It's good to fundraise and help those who need it because we never really know when we might just find oursleves in one of those similar situations, the world goes round and round, and water is no joke it's something we need on our daily basis and just can't possibly live without it. We expect that these people should walk their problem threw without our help or as many say our money, but like I mentioned I believe this is a worldwide problem not only the persons who suffer of it, so a dollar that comes out your pocket or a penny won't do as much damage as your hands have already made to our water, the most useful and important resource we have.
In my experience of fundraising for those persons in Africa a learned alot of new things i didn't know. First, the Thrist Project which was made by a college student in Africa who saw and felt that his country had a huge problem, and therefore decided to do something to help out, the lack of clean fresh purified water and the deaths of thousands of people in Africa drinking dirty water were the two main problemas that needed to change, but he knew that it was going to be difficult, he needed lots of support to start this project and he did. When I fundraised, it felt good to lend a dollar because why not? There's people suffering and we have no respect for this astonishing resource we have, we just take it as if it didn't matter. Knowing that my dollar was going to make a big change in lots of persons lives, was a good thing as I did this I thought that were all equal, and we shall all have the same resources we need, and if that dollar a gave out will probably save a life therefore yes, let's all make a change by fundraising at least a dollar, we think that this could just be a rip off, but no there's actually people put there who need help, who are thirsty to have a clean fresh purified sip of water.
